Event Appearance Rules

  • You must be 18+ or 16+ with a parent staff member. (Exceptions can be made, please discuss with the staff)

  • No inappropriate behavior, such as "tea bagging" or "victory crouching", no hostage or killing attendees

  • No money handling

  • Please inform a staff member at all times if you wish to leave the booth for a certain amount of time.

  • By being present at the booth as staff, you have signed up for a schedule. Please respect the schedule you have agreed on or at least inform a staff member as soon as possible if changes are necessary.

  • Please keep the booth space clean and uncluttered.

  • For all prop firearms, it's mandatory to have an orange tip to the barrel of your prop the moment that you exit the booth! We're hoping to absolutely avoid scaring the participants!

  • Obviously, we expect you all to be respectful towards each others and towards the guests.

  • If any issues occur during the event, please address it with the staff as soon as possible.

  • Do not approach the convention guests (celebrities) on behalf of Halo Cosplay Canada to request appearances at the booth or else.

  • Vous devez avoir 18+ ans ou 16+ ans avec un parent membre du personnel. (Des exceptions peuvent être faites, veuillez en discuter avec le personnel)

  • Aucun comportement inapproprié, tel que "tea bagging" ou "victory crouching", pas de "prise d'otage" ou de "meurtre" de participants.

  • Pas de manipulation d'argent

  • Veuillez informer un membre du personnel à tout moment si vous souhaitez quitter le stand pendant un certain temps.

  • En étant présent au stand en tant que membre du personnel, vous vous êtes inscrit à un horaire. Veuillez respecter l'horaire que vous avez convenu ou au moins informer un membre du personnel dès que possible si des changements sont nécessaires.

  • Veuillez garder l'espace du stand propre et organisé.

  • Pour toute fausse arme à feu, il est obligatoire d'avoir un bout orange au canon de votre arme la seconde que vous sortez du booth! Nous souhaitons éviter d'inquiéter les participants à tout prix!

  • Évidemment, nous attendons de vous que vous soyez tous respectueux les uns envers les autres et envers les participants.

  • Si des problèmes surviennent pendant l'événement, veuillez en parler au personnel dès que possible.

  • N'approchez pas les invités de la convention (célébrités) au nom de Halo Cosplay Canada pour demander des apparitions au stand, ou autre.
